How Can I get Free Shipping?

Most orders with a subtotal of $200 or higher (before tax & shipping) are eligible for free ground shipping. Orders under $200, orders with oversized items, or orders with items that are too fragile to ship via ground are not eligible for free shipping.

How Can I Get My Order Today?

Tekserve offers same-day messenger service to Manhattan, and expedited messenger service to the outer boroughs. Courier service is available same-day Monday through Saturday, and someone must be available at your address to receive your order. Orders placed before 1PM can arrive in any 3-hour window after 2PM that day, and orders placed before 4PM can be delivered after 6PM. If you're going to be in the neighborhood, you can also pick up your order at Tekserve during our normal operating hours if your order is placed before 1PM.

When Will My Order Ship?

As long as the items you order are in stock, orders placed before 1PM EST on business days (M-F excluding holidays) will ship that day. Orders placed after 1PM, or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Tekserve offers several shipping options, and each one takes a different amount of time after shipping. (typical orders ship within 1-2 business days) Here are your options:

• Ground (including free shipping): 4-10 business days, depending on how far the address is from New York City
• Priority: Two business days
• Overnight: One business day
• Messenger: Same-day, or another scheduled date.
• In-Store Pickup: Same-day

Do I Need To Be Home When My Order Arrives?

Because we tend to carry some pretty desirable products, we do require a signature for delivery on our orders. If no one will be home to receive your order, you can use the call slip to have your order redelivered on a particular date, or held at a nearby distribution center.
