Our Professional Service engineers are here to help you through every stage of creating your network, including setup, cleanup and troubleshooting.
We offer two levels of service:
- Deskside $240 First hour, $160 per hour thereafter
- Tier 1 Solutions $300 First hour, $200 per hour thereafter
We offer discounts for Pre-Paid bulk hours and custom Retainer programs including 7x24 with 4hr response.
