What if I can’t back up the computer?

Many failures and repairs don’t affect the hard drive or the data, although you will not be able to access your data until the repair is done. If you were unable to back up your Mac and need the data while we are fixing the computer, or just feel better having a backup, we can help. One of the services we offer is to remove the hard drive from a broken computer and backup the data, usually to an external hard drive.
