Apple couldn't help, or said it was a "third party" issue. Now what?

If it is a “third-party” issue, try to contact the manufacturer or publisher of the item or check their website. If that doesn’t help, we always recommend Google. Type the whole question into the Google search box. Some of the “fixes” listed in forums are complete nonsense, so keep your data backed up and raise your shields!
