iPhone Service
As an Apple Authorized Premium Service Provider, Tekserve is fully certified to service iPhones whether they are in-warranty, under AppleCare or AppleCare+, or out-of-warranty.
For the vast majority of issues on an iPhone 5, 4S, 4, or 3GS, we’ll replace your malfunctioning or damaged iPhone on-the-spot, so you can walk out the door with a fully functioning, like-new iPhone – complete with a 90-day Apple warranty, honored here at Tekserve and at Apple Stores around the world.
If you’ve recently backed up your iPhone to iCloud or iTunes, you’ll be able to quickly restore it exactly as it was. If you back up with iTunes on your Mac or PC, please be sure to check “Encrypt local backup” so that your passwords and private information are also backed up. If you didn’t make a backup and are no longer able to, we can usually transfer your contacts, pictures, and some other data from your iPhone to a flash drive (usually within a 24-hour timeframe, additional charge required), so you can restore it to your replacement iPhone.
Some repairs require the replacement of specific parts, in which case we use only genuine Apple parts – all including the same standard 90-day worldwide Apple warranty.
If your damaged or malfunctioning iPhone’s warranty and AppleCare have expired, you’re not out of luck – please bring it in for a free repair estimate. Most non-covered repairs are also completed while you wait, and cost $29 to $199 depending on the model and the issue.
Is My Data Safe?
Absolutely. Your data is always safe with us. For your protection, we can back up your contacts, photos, videos, and other files from your device before service for an additional charge. We will never share your sensitive personal data.
