When should I order to get my gifts by December 24th?

In NYC? - Stop by our unique retail store on 23rd street (hours & directions). We're even open Christmas Eve until 6pm. We also offer same-day messenger delivery in NYC for most orders.
What is Tekserve's holiday gift return policy?
Gifts purchased between Halloween and New Year's Eve may be exchanged until January 31st. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and require all original materials.
What form of payment does Tekserve accept?
Through Tekserve.com we accept:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Although not available through Tekserve.com, please call (888) 929-3645 to use any of these forms of payment:
- Tekserve Gift Card
- Bank Wire Transfer (requires additional processing days to verify payment)
- Business Lease
In our retail store we also accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and business checks. Checks require photo identification and are subject to verification.
Can I use multiple forms of payment on one order?
This feature is not yet available on Tekserve.com, but if you call us at (888) 929-3645 we can split your payment over multiple credit cards or Tekserve Gift Cards.
