I just wanted to say that your customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I brought my computer in today prepared to beg and plead to have my hard drive upgraded with a quicker turn around time than 24 hours, but much to my delight, the job was done the same day. I came in the late afternoon and stayed a bit past closing to wait, but it was well worth it. My computer is loads better now and I am honestly still stunned at how wonderful your service was. The employees were so kind and easy to talk to, their kindness made my day! I will recommend everyone I know to your service, I can't say enough good things about my experience with you guys.

Having spent endless days and nights creating an enormously important document and then in one second losing it by having touched down on an inappropriate key...was excruciating. After many unsuccessful attempts by others to somehow retrieve said document, my anguish worsened. Then I found Tekserve. In spite of my having been told by many others that my work was likely gone, Tekserve actually...miraculously made the data recovery I was desperate to find. To have had to re-create such a document would have been dreadfully time consuming, emotionally draining ... and perhaps even impossible. I shall be forever grateful for the profound relief Tekserve provided. Thank you a thousand times...and more!

I love Tekserve. I think that y'all are the bees knees. I was connected with a salesperson within about three minutes of arrival at the store. He was friendly, quick, and did no unnecessary up-selling. We kept it simple, all of my questions were answered, and I walked out the door with exactly what I wanted.
