Our partners at the Lower East Side Ecology Center (who make the...se events possible) estimate that we collected roughly twenty-five tons from over eight hundred participants in just six hours! |

eWaste Recycling Drive - 5/2009Photos from our fourth eWaste Recycling Event. Tekserve and The Lower East Side Ecology Center collected over 13.5 TONS of old electronics to be properly recycled. Sponsored collection events, like this one, are one of the easiest ways to properly dispose of your old gadgets in NYC. Due to funding constraints, the city's electronics recycling events and the Build It Green drop off program have been suspended. Thanks to everyone who participated! |
